The bottle is placed in a sealed, insulated cardboard box with ice, and delivered to you within 24 hours of dispatch. This product has not been tested for pathogens and should ONLY TO BE USED FOR COOKING PURPOSES ABOVE A TEMPERATURE OF 80°C
Storage instructions: Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase; defrost in fridge.
Shelf life: We give our raw whey a Best Before date of 14 days from the day of production.
