1 litre poly bottle containing our raw pouring yoghurt from Longleys Organic Farm. Made from our raw grass-fed skimmed milk, our pouring yoghurt is strained naturally in cotton bags until it has the consistency of cream, though with a much lower fat content. The bottle is placed in a sealed, insulated cardboard box with ice, and delivered to you within 24 hours of dispatch.
Storage instructions: Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase; defrost in fridge.
Shelf life: We give our raw pouring yoghurt a Best Before date of 16 days from the day of production. After this time, the yoghurt should go fizzy.
