250ml glass bottle containing raw pouring cream from Longleys Organic Farm. A similar consistency to single cream, and suitable for whipping. The bottle is packed in a bubblewrap pouch, placed in a sealed, insulted cardboard box with ice, and delivered to you within 24 hours of dispatch.
 
Storage instructions: Keep refrigerated. Our raw cream can also be frozen if transferred to a suitable container. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase; defrost in fridge.

Shelf life: We give our raw pouring cream a Best Before date of 11 days from the day of production. Even if the cream sours after this time, it is still perfectly safe (and healthy) to consume, and can be used as a sour cream.
