Made from our raw grass-fed cream, our raw crème fraîche is naturally cultured to give it just the right amount of tangy acidity. The jar is packed in a bubblewrap pouch, placed in a sealed, insulated cardboard box with ice, and delivered to you within 24 hours of dispatch.
Storage instructions: Keep refrigerated. Our raw crème fraîche can also be frozen if transferred to a suitable container. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase; defrost in fridge.
Shelf life: We give our raw crème fraîche a Best Before date of 14 days from the day of production.
