210g glass jar containing our grass-fed ghee from Longleys Organic Farm. Otherwise known as clarified butter, ghee is made by simmering our raw butter and skimming off the impurities from the surface, to produce a liquid cooking oil. The jar is packed in a bubblewrap pouch, sealed in a cardboard box, and delivered to you within 24 hours of dispatch.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Does not need to be refrigerated. Do not freeze.
