ICE PACKS are now an optional extra. We have now taken the Ice out of the packs of milk for the winter months. However if you wish to still receive Ice in your deliveries, please add the Ice to the shopping cart. For the 20 pint pack you will require 2 packs.
Deliveries
Orders received before midnight on Saturday will be delivered on Wednesday.
Orders received after midnight on Saturday and before midday on Monday will be delivered on Thursday.
If you will not be in when the milk arrives, please email us so that the delivery driver knows your special ‘leave safe’ instructions. For example, it maybe that your special instructions informs the driver to leave the milk safe with a neighbour, or to leave the milk in a green box by your backdoor, etc.
Courier Policy
Here at the farm we do our upmost to ensure that your delivery reaches you on time, please be aware we are totally in the hands of the couriers once the milk has left the farm. Should the delivery be delayed due to the courier we are unable to refund the cost of the milk.
If we do not receive a leave safe instruction for the courier from you, we will message the consignment to say. If out leave at property. The couriers do their upmost to leave your parcels safely but in the unlikely event that your parcel taken from the leave safe location we sadly cannot refund the cost of the milk.

Milk Bottling Kit Boxed Set
We have run out of glass bottles and we won’t have any until the end of November.You can now decant your milk into our lovely glass traditional milk bottles when it arrives. Raw milk is so much better in a glass milk bottle! Our milk bottles have different cows from our herd on them, such as Ida and Kitty. The set includes four glass milk bottles (with four different cows), a rubber capper and green foil caps. You will be able to decant the milk into a glass bottle, put the green foil lid on, and seal it with the rubber capper. If you will not be in when the set arrives, please email us so that the delivery driver knows your special ‘leave safe’ instructions.
